Matanya Creators in Faith Ltd. ("Matanya", "we") operates a digital assistant called Ahliav, on the website matanyah.co.il and on WhatsApp (058-434-4881). Ahliab helps answer questions about products and prices, get in touch with a representative, and arrange a return call. This document explains what information is collected when you contact him, why, and what your rights are.
1. Who we are

2. Who are you talking to?
Oholiab is A digital assistant based on artificial intelligence, not a human. He may make mistakes. When necessary, the matter is transferred to a human representative of Matanya. He does not make payments and does not accept credit information.
3. What information is collected?
- Conversation content: The messages you write and the replies the assistant sends.
- Contact information you provided: Name and phone number. On WhatsApp, the phone number you contacted is automatically captured through WhatsApp. If the contact came from an advertising campaign, the campaign ID (e.g. UTM parameters or click ID) may also be saved.
- Information about your interest: Types of products you requested, and the page on the site you requested from (e.g. a specific product).
- Technical data: The date of the call and the cost of processing. The site may use basic browser identification to manage the call.
Please do not send credit card information, passwords, or ID numbers in the conversation. The bot system filters credit card numbers before saving, and is not designed to receive such information. If it is sent, do not rely on it being removed.
4. Why we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide information about products and services.
- To be contacted again by a representative, at your request.
- To improve the quality of service and check the integrity of the assistant.
- For security and prevention of misuse.
- For updates on order status, for existing customers only, when such notification has been approved and sent in accordance with the law.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use the content of conversations to train artificial intelligence models.
5. With whom is the information shared (sub-suppliers)
To operate the service, we use the following providers, who process information on our behalf:
- Anthropic: The AI model provider that formulates the answers (processing in the US). The conversation content is sent to it to generate the answer.
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): For messaging on WhatsApp. Use is also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
- Zoho CRM: Managing Matanya's inquiries and customers, and recording inquiries/leads and calls transferred to a representative.
- Storage and infrastructure providers (Sevalla, and Google Cloud in Europe, Cloudflare): Data storage and transmission. The call database is stored on servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
- The website's information providers (WordPress and WooCommerce), for displaying information about products and prices.
Some of the suppliers operate outside of Israel. We work to ensure that transfers are made in accordance with Israeli law and accepted arrangements.
6. How long is the information retained?
- Conversations with the assistant: are kept until 90 days Then they are deleted.
- Contact details/lead in Zoho: Retained as long as there is a business need to process the request and according to legal provisions.
- You can request early deletion, as detailed in Section 7.
7. Your rights
According to the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to request to review the information stored about you, correct it, or delete it. To do so, contact us at m@matanyah.co.il. We may ask to verify your identity, so as not to provide information to another person.
Providing information is not required by law, but without contact information we will not be able to get back to you.
8. Information security
We take reasonable measures to protect information: encryption of traffic, access restrictions, and separation of environments. No system is completely immune, so do not send sensitive information in a conversation.
9. Minors
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
10. Policy changes
There may be updates. The latest version will be posted on this page, with the update date.
