Synagogue Bimah

Synagogue Bimah – An Elegant Reading Table for the Sefer Torah

Matanyah offers a wide range of bimah designs (in Sephardic synagogues, the tevah), the table on which the Sefer Torah is placed for the Torah reading. The bimah is a central element of the synagogue that expresses honor, holiness and tradition. Matanyah makes models for both Sephardic and Ashkenazi traditions, as well as designs that combine the two.

Matanyah bimahs are made from quality materials and carefully designed, with artistic ornaments and fine finishes for lasting durability and beauty. Choose a traditional or modern design to suit your community, and adapt the bimah to your needs and to the look of your sanctuary.

Choose a bimah by Matanyah to give the Sefer Torah the most honored place for reading, and create an uplifting atmosphere for prayer and Torah reading.
