Regulations for shipments abroad

Delivery time:

  • The maximum delivery time for signage is up to 45 business days from the date of placing the order.

Package insurance:

  • Each package is insured up to the full invoice value. This insurance covers any damage or loss that occurs during shipping.

Follow-up and coordination of reception:

  • If the package was sent five days before the defined delivery date and did not arrive on time, the customer should contact the shipping company to coordinate its receipt.

Handling packet loss:

  • In the event that the shipping company reports the loss of the package, Matanya will immediately produce a new board and send it to the customer at the company's expense. At the same time, the company will receive compensation for the loss from the insurance company.

Receiving a late package:

  • If the original package arrives to the customer after receiving the new board, the customer will receive both signs at no additional cost.

Package damage handling:

  • In case the sign arrives damaged at any time, the customer must photograph the packaging and the damaged sign and send the photos to Matanyah. Matanyah will immediately produce a replacement product and send it to the customer at the company's expense. Matanyah will handle the insurance claim process.

Returns and exchanges:

  • It is not possible to return products sent abroad, except in cases where it is proven that the product is damaged or damaged during shipping. In such case, the customer will receive a replacement product at no additional cost.

Product warranty:

  • Product warranty is valid for one year from delivery date. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects or shipping damage and does not cover natural wear or damage caused by improper use.
