He who blessed a man

He who blessed our ancestors, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, Moses, Aaron, David, Solomon, and all the holy and pure congregations. He will bless all this holy crowd, big and small, they and their sons and their wives and their students. And yet he will bless and preserve and live and prolong my days (so-and-so son of so-and-so) the place is blessed by his mercy and his alms will be desired. And bless the work of his hands, and open his heart and the hearts of his sons to learn his Torah. And they grew up for his work and for his fear. And fill his heart (their heart) and your heart with wishes for the good. (for healing: and he will send him a complete healer, the healer of the soul and the healer of the body) And he will establish for each one of them a scripture that is written, Yahweh will preserve him and he will live and there will be happiness in the land And do not let the soul of his enemies rest, and let it be willed and they say yes.

He who blessed the woman

He who blessed our holy and pure mothers, Sarah Rebekah Rachel and Leah, he will bless and preserve and live and prolong the days of the woman (so-and-so daughter of so-and-so) the place Blessed is he in his mercy who will seek her alms.
