General<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">1.1. The &quot;Matanyah&quot; website (www.matanyah.co.il) is operated by Matanyah Creators in Faith Ltd. (C.P. 516333598), hereinafter &quot;Matanyah&quot;, and serves as a catalog site for ordering products for synagogues and the community.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">1.2. These regulations apply to all use of the site and to any purchase or order made through or in connection with it, and constitute the legal basis for any discussion between the customer and Matanya. It is recommended that you read them in their entirety.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">1.3. Browsing the site, ordering products or services, or approving a proposal or sketch constitutes agreement to the regulations. Anyone who does not agree to its terms is asked not to use the site.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">1.4. The masculine form is intended for both genders. The chapter titles are for convenience only and are not used for interpretation.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\"><strong>2. Customized products and orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">2.1. Most Matanya products are custom-made for the customer (prayer signs, memorial plaques, veils, stage covers, furniture, synagogue partitions, and more).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">2.2. The order, contents (names, dates, text, dedications) and dimensions are provided by the customer, and he is responsible for their accuracy.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">2.3. The images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Colors, materials, and details may differ slightly in actual use.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">2.4. The prices on the site are visible to registered customers. Registration is free.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\"><strong>3. Prices and payments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">3.1. All prices on the site include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">3.2. The price valid for the order is the price published on the website at the time of completing the order, or the price determined in a written quote. Matanya may update prices, handling and shipping fees from time to time.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">3.3. You can pay by credit card on the site, by bank transfer, by Bit, in cash or by check, as agreed with a representative.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">3.4. Custom orders usually start with a deposit of 50% after order confirmation. The balance is paid before delivery.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">3.5. When ordering a platform or platform cover using the &quot;Methanometer&quot; method, the advance payment is 50%, after which sketches are sent for approval (see Chapter 4), and the product goes into production after approval.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">3.6. Prices for products in different sizes are determined by the size selected (width and height). Changes in size, material, or number of panels may change the price.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\"><strong>4. Sketches, illustrations and their approval<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">4.1. For prayer signs, memorial plaques and embroidered products, Matanya sends a sketch for customer approval before production.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">4.2. Up to 3 initial sketches are provided free of charge. An additional sketch is counted when the client did not specify an essential detail in the original request or changed a detail. Each additional sketch beyond three will be charged at 150 NIS.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">4.3. Customer Responsibility: The customer who approves a sketch is responsible for the content he approved. Even if the details were provided in handwriting, or were spoken orally and written in another sketch, if the customer approved the sketch as is, the responsibility for the approved content is his. Therefore, names, dates, prayer text, and dedications should be carefully checked before approval.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">4.4. A change request after sketch approval will be reviewed if submitted within 6 hours of approval. After that, the order may have already been sent for production, and the change will be charged as a new order for the product.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">4.5. Prayer text: The responsibility to ensure that the chosen text (Ashkenazi, Eastern Jewish, Yemenite, etc.) complies with the synagogue&#039;s custom lies with the client.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">4.6. Dedications: Full first name, last name, parents&#039; names and date of death must be stated, and all names must be gathered together before beginning work.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\"><strong>5. Customizations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">5.1. Prayer signs: The color is printed, so the background color can be adjusted to any color.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">5.2. Wooden memorial plaques: Made from Formica on black MDF with a white back, and you can choose Formica from the Birman catalog. Choosing a Top series is without change in price, and another series may be an additional charge.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">5.3. Lighting: You can choose a warm white, cool white or blue color.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">5.4. Changing a verse on a memorial plaque: for a fee of 500 NIS (free of charge in the Premium category), provided that the new verse is the same in number of words as the existing one.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">5.5. Fabrics: In light colors such as white and cream, the surcharge is 25%, and the price is manually updated after ordering.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">5.6. Stackable chairs: Color change is possible depending on stock. If the color is not in stock, the change is subject to an order of 100 chairs and a delivery time of up to 90 days.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">5.7. Partitions for a synagogue: The partitions are made of birch sandwich with Formica on both sides, and you can choose the shade of the Formica. The standard size is 1.20 meters wide and 1.85 meters high, and you can also order smaller partitions and any other width. You can choose the decoration model, even a model that does not appear on the site, and the density of the decoration. All partitions have wheels with a brake, and you can also order without wheels. The partitions stack next to each other to save space in storage. The price is determined by the dimensions and choices, see section 3.6.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">5.8. Adjustments that do not appear on the website (unusual dimensions, different number of panels, other materials) are priced in a representative&#039;s quote.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\"><strong>6. Delivery times<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">6.1. The production time for signage is up to 30 days, and for furniture up to 60 days, from the moment of order and sketch confirmation (and advance payment, if required). Other products: According to the type of product, and determined at the time of ordering. An estimated delivery date is not a commitment, unless otherwise specified in the written offer.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">6.1.1. If a shorter time is needed, for example due to an upcoming Memorial Day or a specific event, this must be noted at the time of booking, and the representative will confirm if this is possible.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">6.2. Stackable chairs in stock: Immediate delivery. Chairs that require an order: Up to 90 days.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">6.3. Delivery for items up to a meter high: between 3 and 10 days from the moment they leave the business.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">6.4. Delays caused by the shipping company are the responsibility of the customer, and Matanya cannot compensate for late delivery. Loss or breakage is subject to liability as detailed in Chapter 7.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\"><strong>7. Collection, delivery, transportation and installation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">7.1. Self-pickup: 21 Hanaei Street, Holon (at the bus stop), Sunday-Thursday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, by prior arrangement.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">7.2. Shipping by Israel Post: 150 NIS for a sign up to a meter high.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">7.3. Large products are shipped by truck, and the cost of transportation is determined according to the price list based on the distance in kilometers from Holon. Transportation of partitions costs between 1,000 and 1,500 NIS, and the exact price is provided by a representative.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">7.4. Installation is possible for a separate fee, according to the price list. The final price for transportation and installation is given by a representative. In certain circumstances, the price varies, such as the need for a crane or lifting ramp, an especially large sign or installation at a high height. When installing several signs, the installer may also give a discount on the price list.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">7.5. Self-installation: Installation of prayer and memorial plaques is simple (4 screws with wall plugs, and the electricity comes ready to connect). The responsibility for hanging straight and positioning correctly lies with the installer.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">7.6. Shipping Warranty: A shipment that leaves the business properly to its destination via Israel Post or EMS abroad is not insured, and is the responsibility of the customer. A shipment sent by a Matanya installer is fully covered. A shipment abroad via UPS, FedEx or DHL is sent with contents insurance, and in the event of damage or loss, the product and shipping cost will be returned in exchange for a new product and shipping.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">7.7. Packaging: The products are packaged in foam and cling film, and products that require additional protection are packaged in foam, Styrofoam and cling film. Hanging accessories and transformers are included with the packaging, as needed.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\"><strong>8. International deliveries<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">8.1. Matanya ships anywhere in the world. The shipping cost is calculated in the shopping cart according to the address.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">8.2. The maximum delivery time for signage is up to 45 business days from the time of order.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">8.3. Each package is insured for the full value of the invoice.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">8.4. If the package was sent and did not arrive on time, the customer must contact the shipping company to coordinate its receipt.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">8.5. Loss: If the shipping company reports a loss, Matanya will produce a new sign and ship it at its own expense. If the original package arrives later, the customer will receive both signs at no additional cost.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">8.6. Damage: If the sign arrives broken, take a photo of the packaging and the damaged sign and send it to Matanya. Matanya will manufacture a replacement product at its own expense and handle compensation from the insurance company.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">8.7. There is no return of products shipped abroad, except for a product that is defective or damaged in shipment, in which case a replacement product will be provided free of charge.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">8.8. Warranty: There is no warranty for repair on products sent abroad, as it is not acceptable to return them to us for repair. Instead, telephone support and parts support (supply of parts for self-repair) are provided.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\"><strong>9. Warranty and service<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">9.1. Electrical products: Warranty up to 24 months, excluding disassembly, assembly and transportation, and the repair is carried out at the business premises.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">9.2. Transformer: 12-month warranty.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">9.3. Stackable chairs: Full warranty, and in the event of a malfunction, a new chair will be received in place of the defective chair.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">9.4. For other products, Matanya provides service and support for everything needed.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">9.5. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">9.5.1. Products shipped abroad: See Section 8.8 (Telephone and parts support, no warranty for repair).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">9.6. Customer Service: Phone 03-6436643, email m@matanyah.co.il, Sunday-Thursday between 10:00 and 17:00.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\"><strong>10. Transaction cancellation and refund<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">10.1. A confirmed custom order (including sketch approval) cannot be canceled.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">10.2. If production has not yet begun, the order can be canceled by paying 10% of the order value, for expenses incurred (adjustment of sketches and design, and possibly also the purchase of materials). The remaining money is due within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">10.3. Cancellation notice will be delivered by email or WhatsApp.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">10.4. Standard product not specially manufactured for the customer: can be canceled within 14 days of receipt of the product or the disclosure document, whichever is later, in the aforementioned notice. The money will be deposited within 14 days, less a cancellation fee of 10%, and the product will be returned to the customer&#039;s account, as far as possible and reasonable in its original packaging. Matanya has the right to claim due to a decrease in the value of the product.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">10.5. Cancellation due to defect or non-conformity, or failure to deliver on the specified date or other breach of contract: No cancellation fees will be charged, the money will be refunded within 14 days, and the product will be returned to Matanya&#039;s account.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\"><strong>11. Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">The use of personal information is subject to the privacy policy: <a href=\"https:\/\/matanyah.co.il\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">https:\/\/matanyah.co.il\/privacy-policy\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\"><strong>12. Miscellaneous<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">12.1. These regulations are subject to the laws of the State of Israel, and the authority to discuss any dispute is given to the competent courts in the Tel Aviv, Central, Haifa, Nazareth, Beersheba or Jerusalem districts.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\">12.2. Matanya may update the regulations at any time, provided that the change does not affect the rights of customers who have made a purchase up until the date of the update.
